~ I used to have a late-1950s Fairfax Model S-1 with every accessory under the sun, including a very bizarre floor-polisher setup that looked like some kind of Rube Goldberg device. The polisher didn't work very well. It kept slowing down and even coming to a halt under the slightest resistance, due to the way the power was transmitted from the motor shaft to the brush. It's a beautiful machine and fun to use, but as far as suction power went, I was underwhelmed. I, too, found it lacking in suction power. CLICK HERE TO GO TO electrolux137's LINK |

If you can find a eureka wand with the pin it will work with that. Also I have pictured the correct power nozzle that goes with that model. It is also a eureka power nozzle.
