I was using my Kirby Heritage that I had gotten for my birthday this machine came complete with all attachments. I used it for about an hour and then I got a burning smell. I said ok I'll unplug the machine and take a look. so I took it apart looked at it I did not see anything wrong I even cleaned out the Carbon brushes. when I got it back together I turned it on and used it for about 5 minutes until the Motor Starting throwing sparks and little bars. The Armature had went. so now I am stuck with a broken Heritage and I am in dyer need an armature. this machine was one of my best cleaning uprights
