The Hoover Purepower has Proved to be one of Hoover's longest running uprights, and since it's production began the wattage has crept up more and more with painfully cheap components. Will Hoover bother redesigning the motors to meet this new law? Will Hoover find it another selling point by adding additional features which were once standard or will this new legislation lead to the dismissal of the popular bagged upright model?
