I just pulled one of my dream machines out of the time portal.
J/K I bought it on ebay. I was lucky that no one else bid on it.

Here it is all unpacked. I didn't even dust it off yet. I can't believe how nice this is.
The only tools it came with were the floor nozzle and the wand.

This must have just sat in a closet for 50 years.

Last one a close up of the nozzle.
I still am amazed at how nice this one is.
I'm in Penncrest heaven!

Wow, that's quite the find! Congratulations!

A little polishing up and that will shine like its brand new. It couldn't have been used very much, at all.

that's a hell of a score, especially with the match floor tool AND bag inside! intersting the bottom of yours is more brown. i have a penncrest constellation myself, and it's more peach than tan.

Nice! I have one as well in similar colors, but not as good condition. Yours I think is later than mine, the one I have looks like the tilted Constellation with plastic handle and tool carrier. Neat that yours had the original bag. Mine had a grayish-blue colored bag but I don't recall if there was a brand on it. I just use it with green Hoover J bags.

You are also lucky to have the original floor tool. Mine came only with a broken wand and the crevice tool. From the ads I saw, it would have come with the wand, floor tool, crevice tool, round dusting brush, fabric tool, as well as brush, and a sprayer.

Congratulations on a nice find! Think it must be one of the earlier Penncrest Constellations, considering it still has the hoop style handle.

jeff the penncrest connies had those hoop handles until the end. it was an oddball notable difference from the hoover models. only the tilted connie similar to the 843 had the normal handle. the non tilted a-107 penncrest connie had this handle until is was replaced by eureka machines in the late 1960's
