Hi everyone! I've been going back and forth with an Ebay seller who sent me pictures of an old Eureka vacuum that she wants me to purchase. I don't know anything about this vacuum! If anyone can tell me about it and can tell me how much money this thing is worth I would greatly appreciate it! Plus, I don't even know if it runs! Thank you!!! -Michelle

Hey guess what,

You have a 1929 model 10, the same model as mine!

That bag would appear to be original, along with the hose. CB123 (I believe that's his username) Is an expert on these machines, and is very helpful with these cleaners. what's the asking price?

Thanks for the info! She wants me to make an offer on it, but I didn't know anything about this vacuum, therefore I didn't know what to offer. She said the cord is cut, so she doesn't know if it runs, and she doesn't know if it has the roller attachment. What do you think it's worth? Thanks again! -Michelle

Michelle

it looks like the hose might be shot as well due to age. the machine should run again with a new cord and a good tune up. greased bearings, new brushes (if needed). since it has the original bag and the hose ( which is a hard find for these machines) I would offer $10 seeing the condition. If they take it, awesome! does the machine have its nozzle?
