I have never seen one of these but there are loads of reconditioned ones on eBay - does anyone have any information on them?

Thanks :D

The Vampyr name has always been made by AEG and was very much a model that AEG produced from the late 1970s. I think I have a couple of Which magazines for example that show off the AEG models - however they soon went onto producing Electrolux based vacuums from 1992 when Electrolux took AEG over.

Always best to do a Google search where vacuumland is concerned HILO - have a look - this covers the models from the original company and from when Electrolux took over - but the archived thread only covers a few late 1990s models, not the current ones.
