Can anyone tell me what year this beauty was made? Also, before anyone asks I have the cord wrapped up on it to straighten it back out. It was in awful twists!

I would hazard the guess that your cleaner was made during the mid-to-late 1990s. Try checking the serial number on the bottom of the cleaner, as the first four digits will represent the month and year a given production sample was made (as was the case with all Hoovers made from 1987 to 2007.)

For example, on My Hoover Guardsman, the first four digits of the serial number are 0100, meaning the cleaner was made in January, 2000.
