I THINK this is the right location for this, due to the "history" aspect of it.
I was contacted by a reporter in Ohio about my devotion to "all things HOOVER". He interviewed me for 90 minutes. We talked in DEPTH about my fascination/devotion, etc, and about my "collection". He had learned quite a bit about me prior to contacting me. He checked me out to make sure I was "for real". I DID give The VCCC a nod also. It is linked to news reports about this coming Spring and the renovations planned for our beloved Maple Street landmark.I'm pleased to be included in the same group as Mr. Dick Pike, Mr. Jeff Parker, and, of course, the great Tom Anderson. What great company I keep! But, then again, what a great COMPANY it is!!! Imagine my surprise when I was contacted by this orgnization. Finally, something "pleasant" to have happen. YAY! I'll keep ye in the loop.
