Today I went to an estate sale and saw some vacuums. There was a Eureka Bravo II sitting at the street for some reason, and as I walked up to the sale I saw some more. A Eureka Mighty Mite, a Shop Vac and a green Hoover Slimline!
I would like a Slimline, but I didn't see the hose or attachments anywhere and the price was $6. I might go back tomorrow when it's half price day, but I was wondering how hard it is to find the hose for a Slimline? |

I heard that the Slimlines and Portables use the same hose. It that true? Nicholas |

In most cases same hose, bags, wands, many attachments, wheels, motor, switch and more.Great example of same parts making a standard or deluxe vac.And same suction so the dirt would not know the difference even if your checkbook did. |

Well, I emailed the estate sale company, and they said that it's still available and that I can call and get it. If I can just find a hose for it. I did not open it so I don't know if there may actually be the attachments inside.
I agree it appears that the hose is the same on the Slimline and Portables. |
