About 2 weeks ago i stumbled upon a used Henry vacuum. I've heard a lot of positive comments from our fellow overseas members, so i figured this was worth looking into. These are some powerful yet fairly quiet vacuums.

Their suction seems to be about as good as a Filter queen i don't have a suction guage to find out for certain but it definitely seems around that level.

The baird meter read at 6.5 at the hose end. the pre motor filter could probably use a washing.

I've been using it with a hepa cloth panasonic U bag due to my lack of proper bags for it but i've been pretty impressed with it. It seems to pick up grit pretty well for a straight suction machine. each time i use it i can hear the cat litter running through the hose.

In terms of noise it's not as quiet as say a lux G but when holding the hose end the sound of the air rushing into the hose is just slightly louder than the motor.

The only thing that would really improve these vacuums is a good power nozzle.

Good old Henry! Don't know if you get the airo nozzle over there, but that would be a big improvement!

Enjoy the best Diy vac you've ever had lol
