Then in September I found a DXL at a thrift store for $12! Just needed a quick clean-up. The Turbobrush had the base plate on wrong I bet that is why someone donated it. This one pulls 80 inches. |

There is a 7 cast in the bottom and in the lid. Does this mean it is from 1997? |

Then last week I found a Compact in the want ads. The lady wouldn't budge from $20. This one had a hard life. It has some powdery stuff on it that won't scrub off. It runs smooth and pulls 62 inches. |

Typical sticker wear. Can any date this machine? I'm guessing mid sixties. What will November bring? Nicholas |

That's a Compact C-6 and is from the mid 60's. I love my Patriot that I bought from Hopester (here on vacland) and I really enjoyed conversing with the people at Patriot when I ordered the bags for it. If you ever want to know the date of it just call them and give them the seriel number. They have every number in the system. I believe that one prabably came with the L shaped Sebo head am I right?

Here's the power nozzle. It is dead as a doornail and a bunch of the little plastic pieces are broken. It has a casting date of 04. Nicholas |
