That does look good! I'm still not sold on DC25's, but now its clean it does look better! And well done for working so fast! I had half an hour last night, and spent it working out how the motor and wiring goes back into the brushroll housing. Then had an eureka moment and had to leave it for tonight...

Btw Sam when I got this I for some reason had to do some brush head alterations so have done it many times before. Generally turns out fine if you just cram all the wiring inside lol

Youtube has espares showing how to replace dc25 stuff and some vids on taking the head apart so you can use that for quidance :)
