Nope.

Kirby offers delicate (for berber carpet) and Pet Owner's (special bristle design for less hair entanglement) brushrolls.

They do have some different grades of brush strips there's a white brush which is fairly soft the black which is the middle and the gold which i think replaced the black which is the stiffest.

Rainbow D4 Performance Edition & E Series PN's, they have soft bristle brush inserts that is optional to replace the black stiff brush inserts in the brushroll with these. Would be good if you had oriental rugs or delicate carpeting to be vacuumed regularly.

Riccar and Simplicity 8 pound uprights also have a horsehair brush roller available for delicate wool carpets. It's wonderful.

The Vibrance and Symmetry also has the vinyl, the gold and the horsehair brushrolls. Which means any of the 4/5/6/7/8k series with the metal brush rolls can have all of the above..

Radiance/synergy has the black, the gold and the vinyl.  They supposedly have the horse hair too we just couldn't get them in.

Brilliance/Synchrony has gold or vinyl, and supposedly horse hair.. we weren't able to get them in.

SupraLight/Freedom have Gold, Vinyl and Horsehair.

The Power Nozzles have Vinyl, Gold and not sure about the horse hair...

So, apart from Kirby and ones we can't buy in the U.K that are available in the U.S, any other brand available in Europe or the UK?

As well as the delicate and pet owner brushrolls, Kirby's standard brush roller is also available in regular and stiff bristle variants. The latter was introduced with the Diamond Edition if I remember correctly, and has carried on through to the present day Sentria II. As is usually the case with Kirby it is backwards compatible, allowing this upgrade to be fitted to any model from the G5 onwards.

Other than those already mentioned, the only other brand I can think of with interchangeable brushes is Vorwerk. However, the idea here isn't quite the same as what you're getting at (different brushes for different carpet types), rather a means of switching between different cleaning functions. Late model Vorwerks come with a pair of regular brush rollers for vacuuming, a set of beater bars used to vibrate dust mites and dead skin cells out of mattresses, and a pair of densely bristled rollers mounted in cassettes used for dry cleaning. No longer any need for the separate dry cleaning head, as the power nozzle now does everything.
