Hi everyone, I thought I would show you what I managed to snatch up on eBay...Some Hoover Senior tools!
I spotted them and thought, I would really love those, then I saw that they were from Manchester, I thought, if I messaged the seller offering them a tenner for them (as they were only listed for £3.95) he might accept my offer, as I really did NOT want to wait for 6 days for the listing to end. Since they were very close to me, I could collect them...Sure enough, the seller said "sure, I will accept your offer of £10" so, here were are, they are safe in my hands now! :D Considering I only paid a tenner for them and it is complete with it's box, which is in Excellent condition, so in my opinion, that is a steal! Here they are, next to my 652A, they have had a wash as the hose was very dirty, which is to be expected as it is a grey/white colour and over 30 years old, most likely. I did have a go of them and the suction is appalling, which I expected, it is lightyears stronger on the Junior tools!! But I got them for authentisity, really, well, it is ok for dusting or going around the edges, but for cleaning the stairs of using the two extension wands and floor tool for vacuuming hard floors, well, that is the joke! Just forget it!! Anyway, here they are next to my Senior... This post was last edited 09/22/2013 at 18:06 |

I accept outside of ebay transactions all the time, cuts out all the fees. Lovely machine! There was an identical senior of ebay with all its tools recently, Had my eye on it as the selelr said they would post, even though the listing said they wouldnt, and it went for over £50, out of the league I had money for! |
