Hi everyone,

I need a Filter Queen wiring diagram. I have a 33, which is a dual speed, and the low speed isn't working. There is one red wire that has been cut and has been electrical taped on the end. I think this might be my problem. Thanks!

Hi Kyle,

I don't know if this would be of any help to you. Not a wiring diagram really, but you can kind of get the idea where all the parts go.

Thanks Debbie! I did find that one, expecting they would have something. I did email Health-Mor, so hopefully I will get word back from them. Thanks again!

Quite a disappointment!!

Hah! So much for that!

Read this:

"Dear Kyle,

Thank you for contacting Health-Mor, the home of FILTERQUEEN brand products.

I'm sorry we do not give out the wiring diagrams.

Please contact your authorized FILTERQUEEN DISTRIBUTOR listed below to place an order for parts and/or service.

MANCE MODERN AIR

Thank you again,

FILTERQUEEN Customer Service"

My email:

"Hello,

I need a wiring diagram for my two-speed model 33. I LOVE FQ's, but the low speed is not working. I think someone cut one of the wires in there. If you could either email me or mail me a copy of the schematic for this one, I'd very much appreciate it. Thank you!

~K~"

So, does anyone else have a clue about the wiring? Man that is disappointing!

That was nice of them! They just don't seem to want to help their customers, do they?

No sir-ee! They sure don't!! "Great" Customer Satisfaction!! Vacuums, yes...service...NO WAY!!

I still can't figure it out. I think the switch might be dead. It is very confusing. But who knows...

Kyle,

I think they would rather see you bring it to one of their authorized repair centers, so they can charge you to fix it rather than your doing the work yourself.

To borrow a line from MSNBC's Keith Olberman, "Filter Queen, today's worst persons in the world!"
