I stumbled on this site about a year back, and I've seen vacuum cleaners that brought back old memories for me(I am a member of Automaticwasher.org as well)-I just bought this new Shark V600Z 2-speed cordless sweeper a few days ago, and it is a very impressive machine in my book-is this a good brand of sweeper, and is the customer service very good on this unit?

Welcome, Tbolt!

Welcome to the club! Unfortunately I couldn't tell you about your sweeper, I have one from a thrift store and it or the power cord unit died, but I loved that thing. I was a member of AW.org until an unfortunate incident, and hope to go back when the problem leaves. Have you checked any websites on your sweeper? Good luck.
