It's a recon model. Sorry it's a crap pic but I'll post some better ones when I get home tomorrow! It puuurrs beautifully and is very quiet!

Looks like a very early 1334 metal motor casing which should have a pink furniture guard on it and the handle is off a later model 1334 as yours had the hook and spring system on it to match the metal hood .This model should also have a bag flange on it too and someone has fitted a later model of hoover junior bag and bellows system on it .A mixture of different hoover junior parts ,a bit of a "Mongrel Junior" !

And yes it is an early (pink) 1334 - the switch is always the giveaway on these as this style was only used with the pink Juniors. Got the serial number?

love a mongrel junior it just goes to show the longjevity of this model and how they could be kept going for very little cash

Yes ,one of the best hoovers made the Hoover Junior series as the keep on going and clean a hell of a lot better than the latest plasic offerings out at the moment
