I've found a Filter Queen Princess 3, and I'm trying to get some info on it beforehand. What are the major differences between the Princess 3 (PG-93) and the 31X or the 95X? Anything I should be aware of, especially if I intend to use it regularly?

princess..

When the Princess was introduced it was made to be sold in vac shops, it is basically the same as a Filter Queen, they put a 10 foot hose on the later ones and the bin was plastic instead of metal like the older FQs were, the upholstery tool was plastic and it used the smaller model 48 powerhead, all in all it was a lighter Filter Queen, nothing at all wrong with one.

The Princess is, as Hans has stated, a real Filter Queen in every way. The two speed motor is just single speed on the Princess models, BUT, it has about ten inches MORE water lift than the Filter Queen. The brush roller should be replaced by the new Ball Bearing brush roller, which is available for less than $20.
