How about this Gem All original except for the hose . It runs perfectly. I've been looking for about 4 years for this exact vacuum, and today I found it on the local Craigslist for $50 bucks.

Front view Some one took very good care of this vacuum. I think it was made about 1968. Where do I get the proper paper bags ?

Beyootiful Viking Brad!
Very interesting to see that this was "Manufactured in the USA", as most Canadian Eurekas (and their store-brand siblings) came out of the Onward Manufacturing Company in Kitchener, Ontario. Wonder why this one came from the States...very strange indeed. Love the Viking logo with the sailing ship! Eurekaprince :-) | ||

As far as bags are concerned, your best bet would probably be a long-established vacuum cleaner repair shop or hardware store. The bags you need are Eureka style K bags. | ||

I had the same body as a Sanitaire. I bought out the stock of a Eureka dealer and got a lot of now obsolete parts but not the bags you need. I got hoses and new bags for many uprights. Had a new hose for your Viking but had a Lady that wanted that Vac and sold it for $30.00 | ||
