I have a tradition. It has the disposable bag system. My question is about where the bag tube connects inside the bag...what is in the place of the tube in a shake out bag system? Whats the differences between the two hardware wise? Thanks.

Also, what would be involved to convert it to a shake out bag?

You can either find a shake-out style bag (Ben, ((KirbyClassicIII)) will have the exact part #'s, he's a genius when it comes to this stuff), or simply pry the bag off the emptor, the ill tube assembly is easily removed by prying the base out of the emtor, then re-attaching the bag. If you have handy sewing skills, you could also remove the zipper and sew it shut.

The part no. that you want, for the shake-out bag (short zipper), is 190078S.
