So, it's my birthday today (well at the time of writing this 9/8/13) and i got some extra cash (YES!!!)

I was originally going to get a Numatic James JVP180a Autosave (eco friendly James!)

But i saw this Dyson DC01 on ebay Standard that's in allright condition. It's on a scrap line however. It looks ok, but no tools. And i've always wanted a DC01!!!

So, James or the DC01 Standard?

I can't decide :(

Happy birthday! If I were you I'd go for the James, having owned a James and a DC01. But that's just me :)

DC01 is a well known and popular vacuum, grab a bit of british history! Its the old faithful dinosaur that needs a good home, poor thing, I would get it :)

Happy Birthday

I would go for the dc01, These are going to become scarce soon but the Henry will always be around.

Happy birthday! I would go with James I like Numatics. I have used a Henery, although I am not sure what model it was.
