I don't know that model or name but they are widely used here by engineering shops. Like the add says it works off air hose. what is nice about them is there are no moving parts so you can suck up just about anything the bag can handle.

I have also seen larger systems like this fitted to 50gal drums. You can suck up flammable materials with them as there is no motor.
