Cool!

that matched the 1060 Convertible, and that line of gold and dark Seal Greige Hoovers. I always see the blue, and the bright yellow models with the cheap heads. that is one that i never see. =)

Hans....that is a great Hoover find! I NEVER see any vintage NIB cleaners in thrift stores in my area. Wish I had your luck :-)

I have one of those, the grandfather of an old friend of my brother gave me that almost 10 years ago. Used the heck out of it back before I had a collection going. It was at my grandpa's for a while for his floors and stairs, and it spent a little time at my dads for his floors, now it hangs in my basement. I have to keep an eye out for one of those floor heads because mine has a big chip in it and the lettering is starting to fade. And i could never find out what model it is because all that information was worn off!

I had one of the blue and white ones. Got it in the late '80s and kept it about 10 or 12 years. Got rid of it when I moved.
