Hi, I'm new here but I am on Automaticwasher.org.

I'm not into vacs that much, but I think it's going to grow to be a hobby like washing machines. I've got a Dyson DC04 De Stijl which is battered, bruised and broken at the moment, but I hope to have it running shortly (Clutch hose was taped up when I got it and it was used to cover up a huge rip, I left it and the tape died a few months back and I haven't used it since, but now I've decided to fix it. Also the post motor filter needs replacing, ordered one, just lost it!). The machine has got lots of chips, for instance at the top of the wand, the bin handle and where the crevice tool would go, I kept the crevice tool on the wand where it would attach. But it does work. I'll post a pic and a new reply with my other hoover as I can only have one picture at a time.

Here's the Dyson...

Onto the Henry

Here's the Henry. It's my parent's cleaner actually, but I'm the only one who looks after it.I may have the manual somewhere, when I've got an idea where it is, I'll try digging it out. All I know is it replaced a Electrolux blue cylinder vac. Here is Henry sitting outside after cleaning up my shed yesterday...

And finally

This is my Numatic NVQ250. It came from the DT dept at school when they through it out over a broken motor. I was going to fix it but I don't have the money to and I decided to fix my Dyson instead that would need a £3.00 fix rather than a motor. I did list the hoover here in the Super Market section and fingers crossed it'll go to Joe (Ultimatevacman), as he want's one to restore and keep. That's all I've got and hopefully my collection will grow. :-)

Chris.

Hi Chris,

I love the DC04 De stijl! I have a standard DC04, but I've always liked the De stijl model more :-)

And you cant beat a good Henry! I see yours is the "Henry Plus" version with the upgraded filter.

Joe
