of course the play began the night before we left at sean's. phillip brought a water lift gauge and we tested the suction of many machines. this little sunbeam shocked the crap out of all of us . it pulled 90 inches

all sorted! took about another 20 mins to categorize and just in time, as a spring storm rained not too long after we got everything in the garage again... but organized better.

sean gives scott a complimentary vintage kenmore twin fan upright bag and installs it on his machine ... this kenmore came from the epic ventures sean kenny and chad had in tennessee in march.

Looks like an awesome tome as always! Boy those vac take me back..IIRC the Singer was quite a big seller around here, but hard to find used. They were about $150.00 back then.Am I correct in thinking Eureka Style V can be used in those? Like the older Singer Total Cleaning System.

Wow it's been a while since we did this, I had forgot about some of the pics.
My favorite pic is the group shot, I also like the one of the 2 rare early housekeepers together

Fun!

Will, I really like that Connie.
Are you able to make a video of that vac?
I also really enjoyed the pics of the power Nozzels head to head with a paper towel roll?

Re Sunbeam Dual Deluxe!

That machine along with the Apex Strato Cleaner, have more suction and MUCH more airflow than 98% of whats built today.

Will thanks for posting the pictures. We all had a fun time. I enjoy the group shot as well. Although, I never know what to do with my hands in pictures. LOL! Scott thanks again for the PowerMax. I really enjoy using the on-board tools. No need for ‘front’ or ‘rear’ conversions here. The PowerMax is a great vacuum.

Thanks again Barb, Scott and Dougald for hosting us.

brad i sure can make a video of the penncrest connie. not sure when ill do it, but i will. that vac has gotten lots of attention on vac boards on facebook. i know its extremely rare, and love vintage penney's stuff from the "funky p" era. i also have a penncrest electric timer and penncrest electric knife. also a 1973 penney's catalog. i love penney's private label stuff from 1963-1973.

john as you know from the other post about milwaukee yes i will be attending as a guest of sean. we'll be coming up in my 1984 country squire...

Will Hemb
