VIKING, the house brand for the T.Eaton Department Stores in Canada.

A fine vacuum based on the Eureka Mobil-aire 'Ham' (and possibly its last iteration...(?)

In enviably great shape, nice soothing pale green colour, full suction dial selector and uses the Eureka Vibrabeat nozzle. (my guess being that setting provides the fullest suction level to rattle those beads).

Nice score, Brad.

Could we see a picture of the bag compartment and the bag style it uses?

Doug Smith can probably put an accurate date on this.

Dave

I am having a challenge

Opening the top lid to get at the bag,

I took the hose out of the inlet and pulled up the front part of the lid. It will only open about a fingers width,

Is there something I'm missing?

The center of the power selector knob is the cover lock - turn it first then lift the cover

Hey Brad - just so you can see what was originally with it here is the page showing it from the 1974 Eatons Christmas catalogue.
