Finger tip controls... The suction on this machine is awesome, it is quiet, and probably one of the best powerheads I have ever used. The filtration is excellent, tools are not bad, the car cleaning kit works very well, my only complaint may be that the hose is a little to short. I don't like super long hoses, but this one is just a tad short. You can talk on the phone while using this vacuum with out any problems.
