As many of you know I have never had the opportunity to actually have a collection. Well since we moved to Philladelphia and took this very large appartment with many large closets that has all changed. Here is the beginning of what I have collected. The G5 and Miele our my daily drivers. By the end of the month ther will be several more wchich I will post at that time. By the way a good time was had by all at the 2007 convention.

Looks like a good start. What is that broom vac in the corner? Its the only machine in the picture that I can't easily identify.

Michael,

You only think you have a big enough room.... vacuum reproduce quicker than rabbits...

Once the bug hits.... well... you know the rest of the story!

Great collection. Didn't you get the Rainbow SE from the raffle..??

Morgan

Michael,

Great start to your collection. It was great fun meeting you at convention!! Your enthusiasm for the vacuum world is a delight and very contagious. Look forward to periodic photo updates as the herd multiplies (just like Morgan and Terry implied!!)

Looks great Mike!

You're of to a good start, looks like some nice machines too!
Which Miele is that? From the look I'd guess a Silver Moon?
I have a Champagne, and I absolutely love it!

More about Michael

Thanks all for the kind words. The stick broom is a Delongi Scopa. I chose that model for because it has a paper bag. This is my second one. I love them. Yes Morgan Tania won the Rainbow and gave it to me. I whined long and hard enough about always wanted to have a Rainbow in my collection. I guess she got tired of hearing a grown man cry she decided to send it to me. I will be receiving it this Wednesday. I also have a G3 that Charlie is buffing out for me as well as a few other vacuums that are headed my way. I will include new pictures once I have the whole lot. I loved meeting all of the new members. I really think that we have one hell-of-a club again.

Hello from Kansas

Hi, Michael.

Glad to see your post. Remember exchanging posts with you a few years back on the old Vacuum Cleaner Forum. I remember you as "Michael of New York."

Take care.

Didn't ;you meet James Dyson in NYC?

Michael, if memory serves correctly, you were among a group in New York City who met James Dyson when he introduced the Dyson in the United States.

Nice Vacs!

Michael,

Hello from Allentown! You have a great collection there, very Diverse. I am new to collecting and have 5 machines, all Electrolux. They are favorites of mine. Now looking to get a couple hoovers, would like a convertible with the headlight and funky bag, and a constellation.

Enjoy the larger apartment, it will soon be swallowed by your vacs.
