I am creating yet another Frankenhoover in my evil laboratory, this time Lord Vader would be proud (I am such a geek!) This will be the handle:

Black grip with red accent and chrome handle, I could not find a black power cord Hesco was clean out!

And this will be the hood:

I can hear DV's theme music already!

Took the hood from a C1631 removed the label and swapped the blank panel for a lens.

This will be his bag:

A nice commercial top fill bag with zipper.

You're not a geek! Well, perhaps that depends on who's judging - hee hee. I was watching the Star Wars movies last weekend while working the basement - still takes me back to 1977!

Can't wait to see Darth-Hoover all done.

Lord Vader has put a bounty on your head for taking his name in vain. It specifies no disintigrations though. He has a "special" punishment awaiting you.

Darth Vacuum

Here it is, I was delayed by a brand new black main body part that I broke two motor screws in (should have greased them first) was able to get one out but not the other, so that got trashed. Used a base from a U4381-030 and got er done!

Neat vacuum. A lot of people "mix and match" parts to make new creations. Kinda like Mr. Potato Head.... with a HOOVER flair. Yours is very simple and streamlined. May the (cleaning force) be with you.

Thanks

I have been having a lot of fun creating custom Hoovers and I hope to bring some of them to the convention in June, can't wait! P.S. I sent my Eddie Bauer edition Decade to my sister in Phoenix, she loves it.

I love the all-black with the chrome handle - it's very cool!
