Does anyone know exactly how to factor "maximum watts out" (mWo) regarding any vacuum cleaner, vintage or modern?

Most motors seem to have their maximum efficiency between 50% and 60% (thus coincidentally matching the Hz value on the plate), so a Kirby Classic III with a 6.0 amp motor in a 120V outlet is 720 watts, but the efficiency for it is 6 amps x 120 volts = 720 watts x 60% efficiency = 432 mWo.

If I am wrong on all this, please enlighten me.
