I found an compact Electra anniversary edition its blue, haven't taken a close look at it yet or really tested it other then plugging it in and it runs. I have no idea about this or really any vintage vacuum ~ was surprised to find this site - with my being obsessed with vacuuming you would have thought I would have found this sooner. Anyway any information about this vacuum would be greatly appreciated as I will likely try to sell it but would like to know more about it first

First...

Compact called everything they made for many years an Anniversary Edition, I have a 1957 20th Anniversary Compact, model C-4,more than likely yours could be a c-6, mid 60s vintage.

This is what I found so far I added a picture too

It's a model number c-6EPB, has a sticker on it that say anniversary model as new as tomorrow with a globe in the center ~ this is intact and fully readable. Due to eye surgery anything further I need to wait for my husband to get home but if anyone has any information I would truly appreciate it

The fact that your Compact has PB in the model number means that it was able to have a Power nozzle or "Power Brush" thus PB. If you look towards the back of the machine, near the power switch, there should be a Power Nozzle outlet, its white. The power nozzle that went with this Compact is very rare and hard to find. Its called the ABC power nozzle or "Always Beauty Clean". I happen to have one. If you want to see it, do an archive search and you will find pictures and more details about. Compacts have an interesting history and very well made machines. The company changed the name to Tri Star later on and they are still being made today. Congrats on your cool find.

Yes

I plugged it in has amazing suction, It does have the power plug that plugs into the machine with the additional plug at the end of the hose. There's no additional parts except the machine and excellent condition hose ~ next question is to sell it should i put it on eBay and realistically what should I ask for it. The bag is in great condition as well and like I said it runs great and has great suction ~
