Hello all, just got a dc 24 and i was wondering if it is posible to fix the ratling in the brushroll? | ||

Could be the brush roll end cap that has worn out. | ||

Dyson sent me a new brush and end cap the noise reduced slightly but the brush motor then burnt out (common fault apparently). Dyson then sent me a new brush head assembly and now my DC24 works fine. A hope a new brush and end cap will resolve your issue. | ||

i phoned dyson and they are sending me a new brush head and the lower tube on the side of the vacuum | ||
