It is AMAZING!
Very light weight, easy to use, POWERFUL suction, easy to maneuver, grooms the carpet better than my Hoover Platinum Collection to be honest, VERY VERY VERY VERY quiet. However, I recommend buying the package I bought through HSN. The 3 in 1 tool is effective, but small. But think of it this way, for $20.00 LESS you get 4 MORE attachments then you would get anywhere else.
The only things I don't like about it, which are minor: 1. Bin is small, but thats to be expected. 2. No headlight, oh well. Also, I should note, I had an issue with one of the extension hoses, right out of the box, coming apart. The end collar come off, and I had to put it back on, only to have it happen again. And I was not even stretching it, I just picked it up and the hose fell to the floor while the collar was still in my hand. However, Hoover is sending me a new one for free, although its on back order atm. Still, I have 2 extension hoses, so its not that big of a deal, using one is enough reach typically. | ||
