I have been doing some Ebay browsing and I came across an add for a Hoover Elite 400. No one has ever said anything about them, nor have I ever seen one. I know the 350 is probably one of the most common to find, and the 500/600 aren't that scarce. what is your guys opinion on that? Same goes for the Elite 700 I read about on an older thread here. Ever seen either of the two? On the topic of Elites, if anyone has ever seen, currently owns, or remembers the Legacy 730, I am highly interested in finding one. I believe it is the first line of Legacy started in 1990 or 91. It has no on-board attachments, but comes with them. I have included add pictures of 2 of 3 machines in question. Would also like to know if anyone has any digital advertisement stuff for the Innovation? I just got one and would love some of those kind of things for it!

elite 400

add for the 400. I can't tell any differences from the 350. also have to wonder why they went from 200 to 350 to 400. why no 300?

What the heck! minus well include the add of the 700 too. BTW, add stuff and such on the U.S. turbopower series (Legacy based) would be cool too.

That's one of those vacs for me that if I happen to come across one for free / am given one, I'll take it gladly. Otherwise, I don't have the desire to actively look for one. But they are cool.

Elite 400

I have an Elite 400, and the only difference between that and the 350 is that it came with a two row brushroll and four height adjustments. I got mine from a college student who said it was her grandmas that she gave to her. It still had the original bag in it from March of 1990. Amazing shape, I only cleaned the brushroll and wiped it down. It literally still has the original shine! I waxed it anyway. What other early Elites do you have? Just curious :)

This is one of my favourite Elite-styled machines and the I've probably put the most work into. It runs like new now though.
