Hey everyone, hope you're enjoying your holidays! I have two kenmore canisters from the 70's that my grandpa dropped off at my house a little while ago, and I have cleaned them up, but I have so many vacs that I don't use them. Would anyone here be interested in them? The green one only comes with two attachments and the canister itself, as for the brown one, it comes with hose ends (hose was in bits when I got it), two original wands that just need a little polishing, and a powernozzle thats missing the brush roll but runs just fine. Both of them run fine, but the green one is sounding a little bit dry lately, it probably just needs to be lubricated. The brown one has lots of life still in the carbons (about an inch and a half), and it runs great. Im not asking for anything astronomical for these, so if you're interested, leave a comment or drop me an email.

Thanks!
Daniel :-)

Nice canisters. The brown one I think is more early 80s or very late 70s, not sure if the colors were perhaps different in Canada. My mother had a very similar one to that green one and that is the main type of vacuum I'm on the lookout for.

Would you be interested in the green one?

I'd take it, but shipping across the US from Canada would probably be high. Plus I would need a hose and Power Mate and wands.

I might be able to get a hose for it from work thats used, but Im not 100%. And you are right, shipping may be high depending on your location. Some areas is actually fairly reasonable. As for the wands and power nozzle I cant help you out. It never came with one, the brown one did, although it is missing the actual brushroll. I have two wands that could go with it, they just don't have the clips for a power nozzle if anyone is interested.

Thanks!
Daniel :-)

PS. I also have a Hoover Decade 80 that I am looking to get rid of too, if anyone wants it. Make me an offer. Shipping should be reasonable for the Hoover because it is lighter. It is a dust cup model, and I can post some pictures if anyone wants to see some.

Is anyone interested?? I need to get rid of them, and if not I might just break them down and put them out by the curb. I might hang on to the brown if I find out no one wants it.. I really dont need it, but if worst comes to worst Ill keep it.

Let me know,
Thanks!
Daniel :-)

I would be interested in the green one but I live in FL so as I said I'm sure shipping would be terrible. I'm more interested in the top model that had the attachment tray that stored inside the bag compartment.
