I've managed to buy a motor from a U2464 to (hopefully) resurrect my 1994 Hoover Turbopower 1000 U2812 which suffered a burnt out motor earlier this year.

Now I know the U2464s had an 800 watt motor and the U2812s had a 1000 watt motor so I'm just checking they can be interchanged?
