The model is Ascension. It says made in Holland, so I'm assuming that it is made by Philips. I bought it off Ebay and it arrived without the "inlet hose clip". The hose pushes into the angled inlet port and then requires a plastic clip to secure it from pulling out.
It also came without the "accessory adapter" which enables you to use the onboard attachments with the filter queen hose. Any ideas? Picture is not mine, I got it off the web. Guy
