Hi, I just read online that the new numatic vacuum cleaners have removable faces, I have not seen this before, and I was wondering if anybody has any photo's of these? and are they on all new numatics now?
Thanks,

Joe

I presume if this is true then the facial features must be, how can I describe it... Like those snowflake things you put on your windows at Christmas time that are a cling film kind of texture to allow repeated application and removal?

I can't see the point though, why would you want to remove the face?

well now they have the 3-d face, which can be bought seperately if you have an older numatic with a 2-d face, and can indeed be removed, for what purpose i am not aware!!

Hi Joe,

Nice to see another northerner on here!

The new Henry's do indeed have a removable 3D face as well as the new "docking" system shown here. About time Numatic put some thought into the storage issues. I love Numatic cleaners but they're such a pain in the arse to store.

Yeah, it's about time to see numatic doing something about storing the vacuum, but I wonder why you would want to remove the face? this is bad news because people will end up loosing the faces and when people come to sell them on ebay most of them will have no face! and we will have to keep contacting numatic, asking them for face kits! oh and does anybody know numatic's email address? I need to contact them.

Hi Joe,

I think the face clicks into place on the new machines, so hopefully parts won't go missing that easily.

You can contact them at the address on the page linked.

Hi Chris,

I guess so, but do they have them in all colours to match? for example, if you have a blue henry with no face will they have a blue one? or just the red, pink and green?

Any way thanks for the link, oh and by any chance are you on youtube?

- Joe

Hi Joe,

I'm way over the other side of West Yorkshire, near Shipley. I used to work in Leeds centre until very recently though.

Thanks for the comment on the vids, I'll try and keep my channel up to date :).

I had a 2004 standard Henry, with the push-down switch, a 2 speed model with switch bank, and 2 Eco Henry's.

I do love Numatic's though - they're great machines. My sister has a Hetty which she loves.

Nice sebo, I have one! :)

I currently have a Sebo automatic x4 and a dyson DC04 (which I don't really like)

Awesome choice!

The DC04 was probably the best cleaner Dyson ever made. But I don't do bagless, so still wouldn't own one lol.

Thanks, and that's why I don't like it, when I empty it the dust goes everywhere!

Its a pity that one or both of the eyes on Henry couldn't move upwards to show the bag needs emptying.

That could be easily done if Numatic wanted to, good idea.

It seems that there are plenty of vac obsessed folk in Yorkshire!

I'm in Halifax.

I've also always though that Henrys should store the tool on the back, like Vax does!?
