Turn it on and I'd say it would give a whole new meaning to the term "scat cat!"

Ah, yes, thats a DC07, the noisiest Dyson ever made - quite a brute! those poor little pussies would have a fright if that got turned on. My pussies are used to my frequent vacuuming sessions, and unless I use a Dyson, or the Kirby, they arent bothered - they love the miele S6 the best, naturally, as its the quietest vac I own (unless the turbine head is fitted).

(BTW, we Brits call cats Pussies - not the dirty meaning lol)

Here's one of my pussies with a Dyson:

I don't know if the DC07 is the nosiest Dyson. My friend's DC15 sounds like a paper shredder when the brushroll is on.

It shouldnt do - I have a DC15, and its quite quiet when the brushroll motor is running. If its sounding like a paper shredder, then theres a problem, probably needs the brushroll cleaning, or the brush motor gears are worn.

hi

hi there, when i had cats my cats LOVED being vacuumed with the dusting brush on my DC14. they don't care about noise!!
btw the noisiest dyson is probably the DC07 origin- not available in the USA, however a DC04 silver/lime with a noisy non genuine brushroll on a hard floor is pretty noisy!!

"No we don't, we call them cats, you lunatic! "

Yeah - Pussy Cats, or pussies. All my family call them pussy cats, I think Tweetie Pie did as well - "Well, I Tawt I Taw A Puddy Cat"

What did Mrs Slocombe call them on "are you being served" - She was quite partial to stroking her pussy If I remember rightly?

Dont be such a disagreeable old crank lol!
