I presume it's a Miele?

Ummm If it's not a miele it could be a Sebo as I've seen a clean one of those before as well as a clear Miele:o)

Oh it's a VACUUM CLEANER!

I didn't have a clue from the initial picture.

Oh nice

The first picture made it look like a smoke chamber. It's a nice looking unit. I'm guessing a part of the S5 line from the vents and shape?

Ah, thats wicked - a clear Miele S700 (not to be confused with the later S7000 upright range) by the looks of it - this is an older model, but I've never seen a clear one before - a rare and collectable beastie and something I'd love to own. I am a big fan of Miele vacuum cleaners, and love their good quality and performance.
Nice.

Just wondering - does it have a clear bag, hose and floor heads? that would be cool!

Well I must say its unusual for a Miele. Not for Sebo if you're in the U.S where the X4 can be sold with a similar see through acrylic design.

I have a Sebo clear X4-the dealer that sold it was saying they are limited in production-originally to be used for demos-but customers and collectors were asking for them so Sebo stepped up their production. It sort of neat to watch the auto floor nozzle height mechanism work.Remember seeing a clear Meile canister sort of like the one shown-was at a Meile dealer in the Wash,DC area-was years ago.
