I've been looking for one particular vacuum and can't seem to find one. My mother once had one and I've only seen two since.
I would really like to find a Kenmore Sears Best Powermate canister in celery green with the woodgrain trim on top, any year from the starting year 1972 to the last celery green in 1977(?). If I can't find that one, I'd also be interested in one of the lower end ones from this time that was smaller and all green with the tools sitting on top of the bag compartment lid. If neither of those, perhaps one of the metal based canisters from the late 1960s/early 70s in gray, green, or blue. If anyone has one of these please post. I'm not sure if my town had a Sears before the mid 1980s, so I'm thinking that may be why there are next to no Kenmores around from before then. |

Somewhat like this one? I'm not very knowledgeable with Kenmores. There was a green one with the wood tone lid last week on ebay. I'm not sure whether it sold ot not.
