I had experienced new and old Dysons DC01 to DC25. I dont like the new ones at all, they have large debris channels which dont pick up as much dirt as sealed suction! The DC04 and 07 were the best dysons, The dc33 and dc44 are the only best ones made today in my opinion. I dont like quick release wands, they have latches springs etc, why change something that is already good? The change over valves are HARD to clear blockages with, It was the easiest with the dc04/07/14 models. What happened to the BEAST suction of a DC07? What happened to the old faithful dinosaur DC01? that was the easiest to use and also a simple bagless upright. Who agrees? Dyson should sell them again! more colours and charities! yey!

My dyson designa would be a dc01 that is lightweight or a dc03 with more power.

the best one here. the features of a dc04, the power of a dc07, the suction of a dc08, the quietness of an ametek dc01 and the weight of a dc03!
