bad design

The At1100 style hoses and wands on the current filter queen power nozzle are notorious for burning out just like that. Filter Queen does not offer just replacement plugs or connectors for these. I have actually been selling my customers a complete replacement kit which includes a plastiflex crushproof hose, and a wessel work power nozzle with wand. This combo is far superior to Filter Queen in quality and performance. I saw the issue your having one a daily basic when I was working for the local FQ distributor. After so many complaints I concluded that their latest set up was just garbage from the start, no where near the quality HMI had become known for.

Seth, that's a BRILLIANT idea to offer that to your customers! Lord knows not only would the quality of the hose & wand you're offering would be much better, but that Filter Queen PN they have now is VERY wimpy performance on the rugs. The Wessell Werk would clean circles around the PN that originally comes now with the Filter Queen. You are doing your customers a real favor by offering them this.

Thank you!

After working for a Filter Queen distributor I saw a need for a better solution to the hose and power nozzle problem. It didn't seem right to tell someone they paid almost $2000 for crap so I came up with a replacement kit as the solution. To be honest my grandmother who has my old 75th anniversary was the first one to buy the replacement kit. After patching her set back together for the 5th time we decided it was time to start fresh. So far she is loving the new lighter weight hose and swears the new power nozzle works better on the dog hair than the original ever did. I have been selling the kit for 349.00. The regular AT1100 attachments do still fit on the fit all wand which is great so you can still use them and keep them stored on the canister. Anyway If you wanted to purchase a kit let me know ill give you a deal on it.

Seth, do you have pics of the hose and power nozzle in the kit you are selling?

Filter Queen Power Nozzle...

These do a excellent job,a friend who sells Rainbows says the only vacs he has problems getting dirt behind are Filter Queens and Hoover uprights, dont let it fool you, they really do clean well.
