Hi :)
i have a Dyson DC24 ball upright that i acquire off my sister, when i came to use it, it wasnt picking up, so i looked online and apparently you can reset the brush bar, so i did that, and to my shock and horror the pipe work was filled/clogged with humungos ammounts of cat fur and god knows what. since then ive cleaned it up, but it wont suck or pick up. help! :) Tom :) P.S im no vacuum expert lol |

Hey Tom
Have you tried giving the filters a wash, People often forget to wash these, I have a dc24 animal that we use in the one part of my house, Its a great little vacuum. There is a filter in the top of the cyclone and another in the ball, wash both as the instructions say and let them dry This should solve your problem Gareth |
