Hey Tom

Have you tried giving the filters a wash, People often forget to wash these, I have a dc24 animal that we use in the one part of my house, Its a great little vacuum.

There is a filter in the top of the cyclone and another in the ball, wash both as the instructions say and let them dry This should solve your problem

Gareth

This vacuum is all pipe/tubing. All of the dirt goes through one path, so if it won't pick up, you have dirt still stuck in it somewhere! Also, make sure the brushroll is clean.

Hi Tom

check that the change over valve is not jammed , take the bin off and you will see a clear piece of plastic hooked to a lever,

there's a flap at the base of the cleaner (where the cleaning wand sits) and there is a seal that wont sit right, is that anything to do with it not picking up?
Tom :)

That flap will only affect suction on the tool's not the cleaner head
