I got another vacuum today. A Hoover Constellation. It works great. It just follows me around as I vacuum. This makes
4 vacuums for me:

1 Shop Vac
2 Hoover Telios
1 Hoover Constellation

Here are some pictures of the new Constellation.

One more pic. Please note that as I have only tile floors, Bruce, at the Hoover store in Tucson gives me a floor brush.

Fantastic!

The New Constellation is one of the best products that Hoover has rolled out (or floated out in this case) in a long time!

Did the machine not come with the wider 14" wheeled bare floor nozzle?

Oh, your hose is in upside-down! :)

Happy Hoovering!

Hi Fred. Yes, the machine did come with that nozzle but I do not have a stitch of carpeting, just tile floors so I gave it back to the Hoover guy in exchange for the floor brush that was in the picture. I did the same with the 2 Hoover Telios that I bought. I plan on getting a second Constellation so that I will have vacuums all over the house and not have to move them from room to room. I really enjoy the Constellation.

This is the brush I believe Fred is referring to. Its a bare floor only brush. I couldn't find one on the Hoover site, but this one shown on the Riccar site is the same except for possibly the color.

Yep..

Thats the one.

The Constellation comes with

-'Turbo-Power' Turbine nozzle, for carpets (what you gave back)
-14" Bare floor nozzle-like in the above link
-Crevice Tool
-Upholstery Tool-with removable brush
-Dusting Brush
-Telescopic Wand.

hey Ross!

It's good to see that you got a Constellation! a must for any vacuum collection! Especially for all your tile! The Connie did come with a floor brush that is larger than the one you have. Although I think both brushes do a good job! I wonder if the cats will like it?

Hi Marty. My one cat who likes to get vacuumed is nuzzling against the floor brush so I took dust brush and vacuumed her.
She loves it. My other two cats just run away from the vacuum.

I think if our cat would give the vacuum a chance, he would probably like beeing vacuumed. But I guess he can't get past the noise.

Elfriede getting vacuumed. She loves it and nuzzles up with the dust brush.

Hi Mike. The Connie floats very well on my tile floors. It just follows me as I vacuum. Sorry I won't see you in Omaha.
I am getting kitchen and both bathrooms renovated while
Convention is on. I plan on getting another Connie so I will have vacuums all around the house.

New connie

I love the new connie. I've been saving up for one for over a year now. Every time I've been close something has come up and drained my funds.
I think I would get a stainless one, since blue is not a choice. While I'm dreaming make it dark blue with the black trim from the stainless model. I'd almost sell a kidney to get one of those.
I wonder if Hoover will ever have any other colors. They should at least have a special color for the 100th anniversary next year.
