the p 70 series

The p 70 series were extremely good cleaners in the eighties and nineties. They were quit expensive.

Funny you say they were expensive in your country, because even though Philips was known in the UK for their quality appliances, the vacuum cleaners were always very reasonably priced, even the top of the range styles. I quite liked them. Ryry, those telescopic tubes look like they are newer than the cleaner. Am I right?

yes benny, but I do have the original chrome rods they just weren't to hand when I took the pic. I did used to have a P72 too as well as the P79. They really are great machines, comparable to Miele's of the time I think.

Wow, a very quiet vacuum, without the power nozzle operating. It reminds me a little of a Miele.

they're great machines, just as good as a Miele
