I am actually a collector of vintage lawnmowers!! But I acquired a small wheeled cylinder vacuum cleaner recently & would like to know all about it from you experts out there

or BVC? is there any info on the ratings plate? does it power up? thats an interesting find!

Thanks so far, I attach more images, the plate gives the rating & 20-20?
The cylinder is quite small around 40cm long. I assume between the rating plate & the flex attachment there may have been a small square makers label as you can see the discolouration left by it.
Being more of a grease monkey with my mowers etc, I'm quite impressed with the small oil-way where you can lubricate the axle!! Cant imagine the wheels would ever travel far or build up speed!.
I have not been brave enough yet to put a plug on it, perhaps wait until you guys have given a bit more info before I try.
Any idea of date as well as manufacturer?

its called a TROJAN.

Its French made and was around during the interwar years.

Mine is an English model, remarkably similar called a "Supervac" made by Domestic Supplies Ltd of 30 Shoe St. London
