Hi, I joined this forum hoping to get a bit of help. I recently bought a vintage Electrolux vacuum and am looking to resell it. I hope it is not in poor taste or frowned upon but I am just looking for information on this vacuum and what collectors would want to know about such an item. I read the forum rules about not selling items here and like I said I am just hoping to find a bit of direction.

The vacuum I have is an older canister vacuum. The plate on it says special thrift model T. The vacuum does work. Unfortunately someone wrapped electrical tape around the end of the hose where the attachments connect. (do I take the tape off or just assume they did that because their is a hole?) It has a wide end attachment, a crevis attachment, and 2 small square brush like attachments. It also has a cloth bag inside the vacuum. All I really found on google was someone basically saying this vacuum was a big flop and not made very long. I can upload pictures if anyone is interested or can help. Since I can't find one for sale I dont know if its because nobody wants it or does it actually have value? What items originally came with this vacuum? What do collectors look for or what do I need to tell people about the vacuum when I list it. I want to be honest and not have someone be dissapointed when/if they buy the item.

Sorry if this is a bit jumbled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
