Those are fairly common here though I think GE and Electrolux probably had a larger share of the polisher market, GE especially. Sunbeam was another player. I had a couple of Hoover polishers, orange and a red one but I gave them away to a vac store owner who had been quite good to me, he said he always had people looking for a polisher.

This one seems to be a budget model considering the size and the general simplicity of it.
