Well this week I picked up a couple of new Hoover toys

A Celebrity Custom and a Junior (or as we call them down under a Lark) U1104

Both in good condition, but I love the blue colour of the Junior

I remember the first time I saw one of those Juniors I thought it was an odd respray, now thats the 3rd i've seen clearly it's an actual official hoover colour scheme.

slightly bizzare.

Me like....

Hey Mark

We had that colour U1104 as a store exclusive- I think ours had a handle to match the front cover tho.

Nice Celeb :)- any hose/tools???.

On the subject of Celebs were yours Australian made or US imports like ours were??

Hey Seamus,

The Junior is a UK one see the plug on it and it has the blue handle also.

And all of our Celebs down here where made in the US we had three models here the one in the pic was the TOL and I got it with the hose and tools they just need a bloody good clean. We also had a commerical model here to which I have in storage.

I love those TOL Celebrities

Loads of buttons and displays are always a good thing. I wish some of the ones with the motorized floor tool had made it to the UK.
